In 1995, DCPI was founded by Paul Becker who has a God-given vision of seeing 5 million churches planted to reach the world for Christ. Paul, President of DCPI, his wife Cathy, and the entire DCPI team provide integral church planting training to pastors through a network of partnerships in the USA and around the world. At the present time, the ministry is experiencing a season of growth and with it, growing pains, as they implement new strategies and systems to accelerate the fulfillment of the five million church vision.
