Dr. Jay is involved in mentoring, training, and mobilizing church planting movement leaders at large throughout East Asia by setting strategies for new regions for BBCM church plants, training the church planters of “Indigenous reproductive church plants” in India, Nepal, and Sri Lanka. This past week his wife and faithful co-worker Prema underwent emergency surgery for complications from a knee replacement. The manufactured knee is locked and needs to be removed but she does have added issues with blood counts that could be tied to anemia.
Please pray:
- the doctors were able to remove the replacement with minimum impact on surrounding bone and tissue, allowing for future replacement.
- there will be no fluid collection that could lead to potential infection.
- that her blood counts would return to normal.
- for a complete and quick recovery for Prema as she desires to return to normal life and ministry alongside her husband.
