The Centers form a unique international network of evangelical cult research and education agencies. Its main goal is to equip Christians in the developing world and post-communist nations for discernment, defense of the faith, and cult evangelism. While many ministries seek to fulfill this biblical mandate in North America, there are next to none in the regions CFAR serves. Their present focus is to establish a countercult training base in cooperation with Central African Baptist College that will influence Zambia, Malawi, Congo, South Africa, Zimbabwe, Botswana and Namibia.
Please pray for:
- Kennedy Gondwe, who will be leading this pioneer effort, as this is the first apologetics ministry of its kind in this area.
- wisdom, protection (physical and spiritual) and provision as they establish their first office in Zambia.
- the training of pastors and university students to stand for Christ in the midst of imported and local cults and false teachings.
