The Balls serve as Directors of Resource Development for the International Leadership Foundation (ILF), a subsidiary of Cru International. In this role Jerry and Kathy raise resources in the USA and train people in other nations to raise resources locally. The ILF began in Africa to train Christ-centered leaders of integrity who in turn will bring holistic transformation to their nations. ILF has expanded to Eastern Europe, South Korea and Latin America.

- that they can help their daughters, sons-in-law, and grandchildren to grow deep in their knowledge and relationship with Christ.
