DISCIPLESHIP JOURNEYS WITH JESUS – OCEANSIDE
Another translation of the DJJ curriculum has been completed and is now available on the DJJ website to download! This Russian translation was done by DJJ’s Executive Assistant, Dasha Gubina, who grew up in Russia.
We have many translators working on various languages. The process of preparing each translation is a long one, starting with the translation of the map and graphics. Then the translator works closely with Mark via emails. The finished translation is now ready to be put into our graphic design.
Currently, there are three of us working on putting the many translations into the design! Next, the design is sent back to the translator to review placement and check for any omissions. Then another person reads the translation for accuracy. Finally, after additional edits, the material is ready for the website, along with the translation of the subtitles for the videos.
As you can see, there are many phases, and each is a labor of love. Thank you for your patience as we continue to bring more and more translations to the website.
