Paul founded DCPI in 1995 and along with Cathy and the DCPI team, provides integral church planting training to pastors through a network of partnerships around the world. Paul serves as President of DCPI and Cathy serves as Vice President of Development. Over the years, DCPI has partnered with and trained church planters in 120 nations and has resources translated into several major languages.
