IEC was founded in 2003 under the umbrella of PCC. Starting as a Bible Study, the church grew while meeting at a local elementary school and moved to our PCC campus in 2012. With 100 plus members, some coming from Lake Elsinore, Pastor Walter preaches and oversees the church while Mali serves alongside him as Director of Women’s and Children’s ministries.

- wisdom as Pastor Walter and Mali guide their three sons, their wives and their new granddaughter in God’s ways.
- endurance to face their very busy schedule and the ability to handle other unscheduled opportunities.
