Walter was born and raised in La Paz, Bolivia. He came to the USA in 1986, worked in the hotel industry for 15 years and attended Las Americas Seminary. Walter has been married to his wife, Mali, since 1990 and has three boys, Jeremy, Timothy and Jesse. Walter was an Elder at El Buen Pastor in Santa Ana for 10 years, and has been the Senior Pastor at Iglesia El Camino since 2003.

Iglesia El Camino is our Spanish speaking ministry that meets every Sunday at PCC. They meet in Room B3 at 12pm, and offer childcare for infants-6th grade.
