The Centers form a unique international network of evangelical cult research and education agencies. Its main goal is to equip Christians in the developing world and post-communist nations for discernment, defense of the faith, and cult evangelism. While many ministries seek to fulfill this biblical mandate in North America, there are next to none in the regions CFAR serves. Their present focus is to mobilize believers to raise awareness of the pitfalls of Mormonism as that cult is building temples in three key African nations.

- for God’s direction and protection for our Africa teams each step of the way.
- that God would raise up a host of key ministry partnerships in Kenya, Zimbabwe and the Democratic Republic of Congo.
- for funding for materials in at least six languages, including French, Shona and Lingala.
- that many will be kept out of Mormonism, and that practicing Mormons would depart the cult as a result of CFAR’s efforts.
