Paul founded DCPI in 1995, and along with Cathy and the DCPI team, provides integral church planting training to pastors through a network of partnership around the world. Paul serves as President of DCPI and Cathy serves as Vice President of Development. Over the years DCPI has partnered with and trained church planters in over 120 nations and has translated resources into several major languages. DCPI’s vision is to train and equip church planters to plant five million churches to reach the world for Christ.
Recently Paul has been diagnosed with cancer, Cathy just sent this update on his treatment and other DCPI news:
Blessings from the Becker’s! We continue to stand strong in faith for God’s healing work in Paul. We are encouraged and Paul is responding well to the chemo treatments. Thanks for your prayers and encouragement. Also, thank you so much for your ongoing gifts to DCPI for our missionary support. God is doing some amazing things around the world through DCPI. Most recently, we trained 22 Iranians in House Church Planting in a safe location in Turkey. They returned to Iran with the faith to believe God for 13 new churches among their people. Only God gives the faith for this kind of Kingdom growth in such a persecuted and dangerous place for the Gospel.
