The Smiths fill a variety of ministry roles-first and foremost, overseeing the security and potential movement of missionaries in the event of political or religious threats in the country. They are also involved in the orientation and hospitality for new missionaries, and serve as representatives for Ethnos 360 (previously New Tribes Mission) to Faith Academy, the local international school for missionary children. They return to the field July 2.
