IEC was founded in June, 2003 under the umbrella of PCC. Starting as a bible study, the church grew while meeting at a local elementary school. In 2012 they moved to our PCC campus. Some of their members come from as far as Lake Elsinore to attend Sunday services held at 12:00pm in Bungalow 3. Pastor Walter preaches and oversees the church body while Mali serves as Director of Women and Children’s ministries. Their sons serve in various ministry capacities as well.
